The company's primary focus is on producing customer premise equipment (CPE) for installation in homes or offices. Tek Digitel Corp. markets its solutions to telecommunications providers whose infrastructure is built upon the Internet, offering Internet connectivity and VoIP as their core services. Its VoIP gateway devices and the V-Server® product range deliver a suite of services, including both local and long-distance voice calls, various voice functionalities like voicemail, unified messaging, and fax transmission, alongside basic Internet data access for multiple users at a single location. The V-Server products are engineered to operate seamlessly with diverse Internet access technologies, such as Integrated Services Digital Networks (ISDN), Wireless telephony, Digital Subscriber Loops (DSL), and Cable modem delivery. Furthermore, Tek Digitel Corp. has developed PC client and server-based provisioning and management tools. These enable the configuration and oversight of gateway devices, facilitating user interconnections across both the public Internet and private corporate intranets. Established as ATC Group L.L.C., the company adopted the name Tek Digitel Corp. in July 1998. Its headquarters are situated in Germantown, Maryland.
