They have also secured license agreements, notably with Pfizer Inc. for nirogacestat and mirdametinib. Additional licensing deals include an arrangement with Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and the Flanders Institute for Biotechnology for a collection of novel small molecule inhibitors of the TEA Domain, and a separate agreement with Dana-Farber Cancer Institute for a portfolio of novel small molecule inhibitors of Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor. Moreover, the company maintains clinical collaboration agreements with several entities, such as Janssen Biotech, Inc., Precision BioSciences, Inc., Seagen Inc., and AbbVie, Inc. Founded in 2017, SpringWorks Therapeutics, Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.
