Additionally, it provides the Minim web application, a tool designed for technical support teams at Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and businesses to deliver remote assistance, leveraging comprehensive network insights. Furthermore, FiEE extends its offerings with the Minim API suite and MinimOS, which allow third-party hardware vendors, ISPs, and other partners to integrate with the Minim platform's capabilities, manage their own account data, and connect with various third-party router firmware systems. Products are sold under the ZOOM, Motorola, and Minim brand names. The company utilizes a diverse distribution strategy, including a direct sales force and commissioned independent sales representatives selling to retailers. It also sells directly to a broad spectrum of clients, including retailers, distributors, ISPs, individual businesses, service providers, value-added resellers (VARs), PC system integrators, original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), channel resellers, electronics distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
