In its preclinical pipeline, the company is developing CYAD-203. This is a non-gene-edited allogeneic CAR-T candidate designed to co-express interleukin-18 (IL-18) cytokine with natural killer group 2D ligands (NKG2D), intended for the treatment of various solid tumors. Celyad Oncology holds a licensing agreement with Novartis International AG, granting rights to U.S. patents concerning allogeneic CAR-T cells.
