Beyond PCBs, Nan Ya PCB produces a range of flip-chip substrates, including pin/land grid arrays (PGAs/LGAs) specifically engineered for microprocessors, and ball grid arrays (BGAs) targeted at graphic microprocessors, northbridge chipsets, advanced ASIC chipsets, and set-top box chipsets.
