Furthermore, IM1240, a multi-valent antibody designed to activate an anti-tumoral immune response against 5T4-positive tumors, is in its preclinical stage. The company has established significant collaborations, including an agreement with Bristol Myers Squibb Company for Phase 2 clinical trials to assess CM24 in combination with the PD-1 inhibitor nivolumab and chemotherapy, as well as a partnership with Mor Research Applications. Formerly known as Kitov Pharma Ltd., the company adopted the name Purple Biotech Ltd. in December 2020 and is headquartered in Rehovot, Israel.
