The company also engages in significant collaborations. It has a joint research effort with Cancer Research UK and the University of Manchester, focusing on small molecule inhibitors of Poly (ADP-ribose) glycohydrolase. Furthermore, IDEAYA maintains a partnership with Pfizer Inc. for the clinical development and supply in Phase I/II trials across metastatic uveal melanoma, skin melanoma, and other solid tumors, alongside a strategic alliance with GlaxoSmithKline plc. IDEAYA Biosciences, Inc. was established in 2015 and operates from its headquarters in South San Francisco, California.
