The company offers engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning services; and owns and operates tender assist drilling and semi-tender rigs. It also is involved in the construction and installation of offshore platforms, submarine pipelines, subsea facilities, umbilicals, risers, and flowlines; provision of transportation and installation services for heavy lift, pipeline installation, jacket launch, float over, and deepwater projects; undertakes diving equipment and related underwater works; hook-up and commissioning; and well intervention and decommissioning activities. In addition, the company explores, produces, and supplies crude oil and natural gas; offers operation and maintenance services comprising topside maintenance, subsea, brownfield rejuvenation, geosurvey and geotechnical, and other services; and owns and operates a fleet of offshore support vessels. Further, it charters and hires vessels and barges; and provides manpower and treasury management, hydrographic survey, soil investigation, offshore geotechnical, geophysical, crew, chartering, and onshore and offshore oil and gas field services. Additionally, the company engages in the development of marine technology and marine chartering activities; and provision of technical consulting, advising, fabrication, and project management services; marine construction, conversion, repair, and infrastructure services; diving equipment rental; and subsea and floating systems. The company was formerly known as Sapura Energy Berhad and changed its name to Vantris Energy Berhad in August 2025. Vantris Energy Berhad was incorporated in 2011 and is headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
