Its primary goals are to secure stable income and foster consistent growth in its asset base over the medium to long term. Since commencing operations as a listed J-REIT in January 2013 with an initial portfolio of 30 properties valued at ¥208,731 million, GLP J-REIT has continuously expanded its holdings through strategic acquisitions.
