The company's current marketed products include SIVEXTRO, an oxazolidinone-class antibacterial designed for the treatment of acute bacterial skin and skin structure infections (ABSSSI), and XENLETA, a semi-synthetic pleuromutilin antibiotic utilized in managing community-acquired bacterial pneumonia. Beyond its existing offerings, Nabriva is further exploring XENLETA's potential in Phase I clinical trials for a broad spectrum of indications, such as pediatric infections, sexually transmitted infections, cystic fibrosis, ABSSSI, ventilator-associated and hospital-acquired bacterial pneumonia, osteomyelitis, and prosthetic joint infections.
