A key focus is bardoxolone methyl (often referred to as bardoxolone), which is currently undergoing Phase 3 clinical trials for two distinct conditions: chronic kidney disease (CKD) associated with Alport syndrome, and a specific type of pulmonary arterial hypertension linked to connective tissue diseases.
