The company's operations are primarily conducted via two subsidiaries: Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) and Texas-New Mexico Power Company (TNMP). The PNM segment is responsible for the generation, transmission, and distribution of electricity. It utilizes a varied portfolio of energy sources, including coal, natural gas and oil, nuclear power, solar, wind, and geothermal. As of December 31, 2021, this division's owned and leased facilities boasted a combined net generating capacity of 2,168 megawatts.
