Its innovative product pipeline is underpinned by a proprietary ProTide technology platform. Among its key drug candidates, Acelarin is progressing through multiple clinical evaluations: a Phase I study for advanced solid tumors, Phase Ib trials for both recurrent ovarian cancer and biliary tract cancer, a Phase II trial targeting platinum-resistant ovarian cancer, and a pivotal Phase III trial for pancreatic cancer. NuCana is also developing NUC-3373, a ProTide derivative of 5-fluorouracil’s active anti-cancer metabolite.
