The Mobile Climate Control division delivers comprehensive environmental control solutions, encompassing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, advanced control units, and various related components. Its broad clientele includes manufacturers of buses, heavy machinery for infrastructure and agriculture, forestry operations, mining equipment, material handling systems, and a range of specialized commercial vehicles like garbage trucks, ambulances, fire trucks, and military troop transporters. Finally, the Ringfeder Power Transmission segment is dedicated to engineering solutions for mechanical power transmission, as well as energy and shock absorption. These products, marketed under the Ringfeder and Henfel brands, find critical applications in demanding environments such as mining, metal and energy production, medical technology, pumping systems, food processing, industrial automation, and various other industrial sectors. VBG Group AB (publ) was established in 1951 and maintains its corporate headquarters in Trollhättan, Sweden.
