These pathogens, such as Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, are responsible for over two-thirds of all resistant infections acquired in hospital settings. Established in 2004, the company was previously known as ERYTECH Pharma S.A. before adopting the name PHAXIAM Therapeutics S.A. in June 2023. Its corporate headquarters are located in Lyon, France.
