It holds full ownership (100% interest) of several significant assets. These include the Lucky Strike and BRC properties, both situated in Yukon, Canada. Additional Yukon holdings comprise the Gold Source property, located southwest of Dawson; the Hot Spot Property, found south of Dawson; and the Bull's Eye Property, also situated south of Dawson. Furthermore, the company possesses the King's Ransom Property, along with the Rayfield Property in British Columbia. Notably, Golden Sky Minerals also wholly owns the Eagle Mountain gold property, an expansive area covering approximately 10,000 hectares within British Columbia's Cassiar District. Established in 2018, the company is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada. Prior to its current designation, it operated as Luckystrike Resources Ltd. until undergoing a corporate name change to Golden Sky Minerals Corp. in February 2020.
