The Rowe Companies, Inc. initiated a voluntary Chapter 11 reorganization filing on September 18, 2006, with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria. This reorganization was subsequently approved as a Chapter 11 liquidation on October 25, 2007.
