Within this segment, key activities encompass the deployment and enhancement of technology at cell sites, along with the construction of innovative small cell networks for 5G connectivity. Meanwhile, the Telecommunications division supplies essential central office apparatus, such as optical transmission systems, switching gear, and data center components vital for communication networks. It also provides customer-located equipment, which covers items like integrated access devices, channel bank units, IP private branch exchange phones, and various routers. Additionally, this segment undertakes the disposal and deactivation of excess or outdated telecommunications hardware. Established in 1989 and headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, the company originally operated under the name ADDvantage Media Group, Inc., before rebranding to ADDvantage Technologies Group, Inc. in December 1999.
