The company also ventures into venture capital, bills finance (dealing and underwriting various debt instruments such as short-term bills, government bonds, and commercial papers), and offers corporate financial advisory and guarantees. Additionally, it oversees and operates trust businesses, serving as a custodian for non-discretionary trust funds, and is involved in the acquisition and management of creditors' rights and delinquent accounts receivable. Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, TCFH maintained a substantial operational network as of December 31, 2021, which included 269 domestic branches, one offshore banking unit, 14 overseas branches, eight overseas sub-branches, and two representative offices.
