By the close of 2021, this portfolio included 14 owned properties, 38 leased resorts, and an additional 12 managed under contract. Its Tourism Destinations division is responsible for the creation, operation, and management of various tourism assets and holiday facilities, alongside their associated supporting infrastructure. This segment operates under brands like Atlantis Sanya, Lijiang FOLIDAY Town, and Taicang FOLIDAY Town. The Services and Solutions in Various Tourism and Leisure Settings segment is dedicated to developing and promoting cultural events, performing arts, live entertainment, and other culture-related services. It also manages both online and offline platforms for tourism and leisure products, including Miniversity, a learning and play club for children, and the broader FOLIDAY platform. Furthermore, the company sells tourism and leisure products under the FOLIDAY Town brand, participates in real estate activities, and handles the wholesale and retail distribution of Club Med merchandise. Established in 1950 and based in Central, Hong Kong, the company adopted its current name, Fosun Tourism Group, in August 2018, having previously been known as Fosun Tourism and Culture Group (Cayman) Company Limited. Fosun Tourism Group operates as a subsidiary of Fosun International Limited.
