UOL maintains a global presence with operations spanning Singapore, Australia, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Myanmar, the United Kingdom, and other international markets. The company adopted its current name, UOL Group Limited, in 2006, having previously operated as United Overseas Land Limited.
