The company's diverse operations are organized across several key segments. Its Engineering, Design, and Project Management (EDPM) division delivers expert consulting, engineering, design, and project management solutions across diverse sectors such as transportation, civil infrastructure, aerospace, defense, security, and technology. The Nuclear segment provides comprehensive support to clients across the entire nuclear asset lifecycle. Its offerings include consulting, field services, technology solutions, reactor maintenance, decommissioning, waste management, and EPC management, in addition to new reactor construction, refurbishment, and spare parts supply. Infrastructure Services specializes in managing operations and maintenance (O&M) projects and delivering EPC services for facilities such as district cooling plants and power substations. Furthermore, this segment applies its engineering expertise to areas like hydro, transmission and distribution, renewables, energy storage, intelligent networks, and cybersecurity. The Resources division is dedicated to project development, delivery, and support, primarily serving the mining and metallurgy industry, and also undertakes Build-Own-Operate (BOO) contracts. Large-scale construction initiatives fall under the Infrastructure EPC Projects segment, which handles mass transit, heavy rail, roads, bridges, airports, ports & harbors, and various water infrastructure developments. Finally, the Capital segment strategically invests in infrastructure concessions, encompassing projects like bridges, highways, mass transit systems, power generation, energy infrastructure, water treatment facilities, and social infrastructure. With a significant international presence, SNC-Lavalin conducts operations across the Asia Pacific region, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas.
