The Electronic Instruments segment specializes in designing and producing precision frequency and time reference standards, distribution amplifiers, redundancy auto switches, and NTP servers. These instruments are essential for accurate timing and synchronization across various applications, including computer networking, satellite ground stations, electric utilities, broadcast media, and telecommunication systems. Originally established in 1917 as Lynch Corporation, the company later adopted its current name, The LGL Group, Inc., and maintains its corporate headquarters in Orlando, Florida.
