Lastly, the Repair and Maintenance Services segment caters to both H&E's rental fleet and client-owned equipment, additionally offering ongoing preventative maintenance programs to industrial clients. Beyond these core services, H&E also facilitates ancillary support activities such as equipment transportation, hauling, parts shipping, and loss damage waivers. The company's rental fleet encompasses a variety of machinery, including aerial work platforms (hi-lifts), cranes, earthmoving apparatus, and material handling equipment. H&E serves a diverse customer base, including industrial and commercial enterprises, construction contractors, manufacturers, public utilities, municipalities, maintenance providers, and various other industrial accounts. As of December 31, 2021, the company boasted a network of 102 service facilities strategically located across the Pacific Northwest, West Coast, Intermountain, Southwest, Gulf Coast, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. H&E Equipment Services, Inc. was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
