Furthermore, a license agreement with 3D Medicines Inc. grants rights to develop and commercialize products featuring batiraxcept as the sole active ingredient for human oncological diseases across mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau. Originally incorporated in 2008 as Versartis, Inc., the company adopted the name Aravive, Inc. in October 2018.
