Operating both within Russia and globally, Ros Agro PLC functions as a comprehensive agricultural holding. Its extensive activities are organized into four primary divisions: Sugar, Meat, Agriculture, and Oil & Fat. The Sugar division manufactures a diverse range of products including various types of sugar (granulated white, cane, lump white), beet and betaine molasses, dried sugar beet pulp, and multiple forms of rice (raw, polished, steamed, long/round grain), alongside buckwheat. These items are sold under proprietary labels such as Russkii Sakhar, Chaikofsky, Brauni, Mon Café, Khoroshiy, and Tyoplye Traditsii. Within the Meat segment, the company engages in pig farming and subsequently processes the meat, which is then sold under the Slovo Myasnika brand. The Agriculture unit focuses on the cultivation of staple crops, including sugar beet, wheat, barley, soya, corn, and sunflowers, among others. The Oil & Fat division is responsible for extracting and refining vegetable oils. It manufactures and distributes a wide array of products, such as bottled sunflower oils, mayonnaise, various sauces, margarine, spreads, soaps, industrial fats, meals, ketchups, mustard, and dairy items. Its extensive brand portfolio includes Moskovsky provasal, Ya lublu gotovit, EZhK, Mechta Khosiaiki, Stolichnaya, Schedroye leto, Rossiyanka, Benefitto, Saratovskiy, Zhar-pechka, Milie, Syrnaya kultura, Buterbrodnoe utro, SolPro, and GRANDPRO. Established in 1995 and headquartered in Nicosia, Cyprus, the entity initially operated as Matchzone Holdings Limited before adopting the name Ros Agro PLC in February 2011. The company functions as a subsidiary of Granada Capital CY Limited.
