Established in 1998 in Seattle, Washington, the entity initially operated as Net Value Holdings before rebranding to Stonepath Group Inc. in October 2000. However, its operations were disrupted on May 8, 2007, when an involuntary Chapter 7 liquidation petition was lodged against it by Spherion Corporation, Custom Transfer Incorporated, and Overbye Transport Incorporated in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
