Additionally, OTC Markets Group operates OTC Link Electronic Communication Networks (ECN) and OTC Link National Quotation Bureau (NQB), acting as the executing party on an agency basis for transactions carried out on these platforms. Its extensive data product portfolio features OTC Markets Real-Time Data, supplying current quote, trade, and reference information for the OTC Link ATS. It also encompasses OTC Markets Pricing and Reference Data, providing a detailed view of the securities and issuers within the OTC market, alongside various compliance-focused data solutions. Beyond trading infrastructure, OTC Markets Group offers critical disclosure and communication tools. These include the OTC Disclosure & News Service for disseminating financial reports, news, and other data; Real-Time Level 2 Quote Display, a sponsored service that enables investors to view live Level 2 quotes directly on otcmarkets.com and issuer websites; and the Blue Sky Monitoring Service, which delivers analysis, review, and expert guidance regarding adherence to U.S. securities regulations. Furthermore, the firm orchestrates Virtual Investor Conferences, allowing listed entities to connect and interact with their investor base. The company also manages key market tiers: the premium OTCQX Best Market, the growth-focused OTCQB Venture Market, and the accessible Pink Open Market. Originally established in 1904, the company was formerly known as Pink OTC Markets Inc. before officially rebranding as OTC Markets Group Inc. in January 2011.
