Its extensive product catalog features items such as proteins, antibodies, peptides, small molecules, labeling agents, dyes, and various kits. These offerings provide life science researchers with the means for target identification and validation, content analysis, gene expression studies, nucleic acid detection, protein biochemistry and detection, and cellular analysis. This segment also supplies specialized solutions to scientific experts investigating critical health areas, including cancer, cardiovascular ailments, neurological disorders, metabolic conditions (like diabetes and obesity), endocrine imbalances, infectious and autoimmune diseases, hepatotoxicity, and renal injury. The Clinical Laboratory Services segment delivers a comprehensive spectrum of molecular and other clinical laboratory tests and procedures. These are utilized by physicians in routine patient care to help confirm or establish diagnoses, monitor the effectiveness of treatments or medications, and identify previously undiagnosed medical conditions. This division operates a central, full-service clinical laboratory in Farmingdale, New York, complemented by a network of 30 patient service centers across New York and New Jersey. Additionally, it runs dedicated "STAT" or rapid-response laboratories in New York City and Connecticut, alongside a full-service phlebotomy facility and an internal logistics department. The Therapeutics segment is dedicated to pioneering novel treatment approaches within the fields of gastrointestinal, infectious, ophthalmic, and metabolic diseases. Enzo Biochem distributes its array of products and services through its dedicated internal sales team and an extensive network of distributors, reaching both domestic and international markets. The company was established in 1976 and has its corporate headquarters situated in New York, New York.
