Additionally, this segment offers maintenance and contracting support for manufacturers in machinery, packaging, printing, chemicals, and other industries. Founded in 1998 and based in Brooklyn, New York, the company was formerly known as Diversified American Holding, Inc. until its renaming to Cemtrex, Inc. in December 2004.
