Additionally, the bank facilitated government-backed lending and accounts receivable funding, and it issued credit cards. Beyond these core services, customers benefited from amenities such as online banking, cash management, merchant services, wire transfers, and online bill payment. Other provisions encompassed business payroll, deposit courier service, night depository, automated customer support, complimentary cash withdrawals, and dedicated workplace banking programs, alongside overdraft protection features. Albina Community Bancorp, established in 1993, was headquartered in Portland, Oregon. However, its operations ceased on September 17, 2014, when it submitted a voluntary Chapter 7 liquidation petition to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Oregon.
