Further development efforts include IMM47, a humanized monoclonal antibody designed to target CD24 for cancer treatment; MM4701, a distinct bispecific molecule simultaneously engaging both CD47 and CD24; IMM2510, a bispecific "mAb-Trap" engineered to block both VEGF and PD-L1; IMM27M, a CTLA-4 antibody enhanced for ADCC activity; and IMM40H, a humanized IgG1 CD70 monoclonal antibody also featuring augmented ADCC activity.
