Its operations span across a wide geographical area, encompassing Hong Kong, Mainland China, the broader Asia-Pacific region, North America, and Europe. The enterprise structures its operations into four distinct segments: the trading of industrial consumables, the production and processing of plastic goods, the manufacturing of machinery, and the processing and commercialization of printed circuit boards. Within its machinery manufacturing division, Cosmos produces a comprehensive range of equipment. This includes various types of injection molding machines (such as two-platen, servo-driven, all-electric high precision, special purpose, multi-material, and rubber injection models), extrusion lines, hydraulic presses, and advanced CNC metalworking machines like turret punching, brake presses, and shearing machines. Its plastic processing segment delivers a diverse array of items, from aseptic food packaging and tableware to IML products, plastic cutlery, containers, and mannequins. Furthermore, it supplies high-precision plastic components for applications in washing machines, automobiles, and decorative figurines, along with a wide range of other specialized plastic parts. Beyond its own production, Cosmos engages in the trading of numerous industrial supplies and advanced manufacturing tools. This includes spring steel wires, specialized alloy materials, fasteners, abrasive products, various electric and pneumatic tools, production facility accessories, and a broad selection of motors and pumps (hydraulic, stepping, servo, 3-phase induction). The trading portfolio also features frequency inverters, vision inspection and illumination systems, hydraulic and power presses, and diverse CNC machinery, such as machining centers, wire-cut EDM, and standard EDM machines. Complementing these activities, the company directly provides printed circuit boards (PCBs) and specialized electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment, including CNC electrical discharged machines, CNC brass and molybdenum wire-cut machines, and drill EDM machines. Moreover, Cosmos extends its offerings to include a suite of information technology (IT) services. These encompass consulting and implementation for ERP and CRM systems, system integration, IT training, maintenance for smaller computer systems, software and website development, and comprehensive IT contract services. Established in 1958, Cosmos Machinery Enterprises Limited maintains its headquarters in Cheung Sha Wan, Hong Kong.
