Its extensive brand roster includes, but is not limited to, Juicy Couture, John Varvatos, AllSaints, Britney Spears, Elizabeth Taylor, Christina Aguilera, Jennifer Aniston, Mariah Carey, Curve, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Ed Hardy, Charlie, Lucky Brand, Alfred Sung, Halston, Geoffrey Beene, and White Diamonds. Products reach consumers through a multifaceted distribution network, including direct sales teams, independent sales representatives, and distributors. Retail touchpoints span mass market and prestige retailers, e-commerce platforms, department stores, and specialized cosmetic outlets. Furthermore, Revlon licenses its prominent Revlon trademark, along with other intellectual property, to manufacturers of complementary beauty-related goods and accessories. Established in New York, New York, in 1932, the company recently underwent a significant corporate event. On June 15, 2022, Revlon, Inc., in conjunction with its affiliates, initiated voluntary reorganization proceedings by filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.
