Within its Foods, Agro-Industrial, and Commodities division, the company is a significant producer of snack foods, various coffee products, chocolates, candies, biscuits, instant noodles, ice cream and frozen desserts, pasta, tomato-based goods, and canned beans. This segment also encompasses livestock raising (hogs and chickens), the production and distribution of animal feeds, corn products, and vegetable oils, the synthesis of veterinary compounds, as well as sugar milling, refining, and flour milling operations. The company's Air Transportation segment delivers both passenger and cargo flight services. Its Real Estate and Hotels arm develops, owns, leases, and manages shopping malls and retail complexes, alongside owning and operating hotels within the Philippines. This division further engages in the development, sale, and leasing of office and high-rise residential condominiums, the creation of residential subdivisions, the sale of land lots and houses, and provides customer financing solutions. In the Petrochemicals sector, JG Summit manufactures and sells a variety of chemical products, including polyethylene, polypropylene, polymer-grade ethylene and propylene, partially hydrogenated pyrolysis gasoline, pyrolysis fuel oil, aromatics, butadiene, and liquefied petroleum gas. Its Banking segment offers a full suite of commercial banking services, such as deposit-taking, lending, foreign exchange transactions, and fund transfers or remittances. Additionally, the Other Supplementary Businesses segment provides services spanning asset management, insurance brokering, foreign exchange dealing, and securities trading. Established in 1957 and headquartered in Pasig City, the Philippines, JG Summit Holdings, Inc. maintains a significant operational footprint across the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Vietnam, and Myanmar.
