In ventilation, the company offers indoor climate solutions, air treatment systems, and conducts mandatory ventilation inspections. This segment also incorporates sophisticated control technology, automatics, property automation, and detailed project planning. The cooling and industrial sector encompasses the installation of diverse cooling and heating equipment, specialized cooling for food and industrial processes, and comfort cooling. This area also extends to technical consulting, pipe and electric power installation, infrastructure development, automation, instrumentation, emission control, exhaust gas cleaning, project planning, energy management, and safety services. Instalco serves a wide array of clients, including construction companies, property owners, government and local authorities, regional bodies, and both housing and industrial enterprises. Established in 2013 as Instalco Intressenter AB (publ), the company adopted its current name in May 2019 and operates from its headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
