Additionally, it operates vacuum distillation units and other processing sites in Lovington, New Mexico, along with asphalt terminals situated in Arizona, New Mexico, and Oklahoma. The refined products from these facilities predominantly serve markets within the Mid-Continent, Southwest, and Rocky Mountain regions of the U.S. Beyond its refining activities, HollyFrontier produces base oils and other specialized lubricating products. It also maintains an extensive network of logistics assets, which comprise pipelines for both petroleum products and crude oil, storage terminals, tankage, loading racks, and specific refinery processing infrastructure. Originally established as Holly Corporation in 1947, the company adopted the name HollyFrontier Corporation following its merger with Frontier Oil Corporation in July 2011. Its corporate headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas.
