It also provides repurchase agreements, interest-bearing trust accounts for lawyers, certificates of deposit, and convenient debit and credit cards. Its lending portfolio is extensive, covering construction, home equity, home purchase, and refinance loans, as well as specialized financing for aircraft, marine vessels, consumer goods, business expansion, working capital, and equipment purchases. Customers can also access lines of credit, letters of credit, and loans secured by marketable securities. Beyond core banking, FineMark provides a broad array of services such as foreign currency exchange, funds transfers, medallion guarantees, notary services, and overdraft protection. Digital banking is robust, featuring mobile and online platforms, remote deposit capture, mobile check services, direct deposit, and bill payment. Additional operational support includes stop payment requests, merchant services, automated clearing house (ACH), lockbox facilities, ATM access, positive pay fraud prevention, and insured cash sweep with CD account registry services. Safe deposit boxes, integrated online services, and text/email alerts are also available. The company places a strong emphasis on wealth management and financial planning. It offers comprehensive financial planning services that encompass asset protection, estate planning, charitable giving strategies, retirement and educational planning, and business succession guidance. Personalized business management services are also available for professional athletes, alongside the provision of personal and business checks. Furthermore, FineMark delivers personal fiduciary services, including investment management, real estate and special asset management, and the management of closely held family businesses. This extends to accounting and tax compliance, assistance with estate planning documents, tax reviews, estate settlement, and wealth transfer strategies, all complemented by a range of investment solutions. Founded in 2006, FineMark Holdings, Inc. is based in Fort Myers, Florida. The company operates a network of twelve banking offices across Lee, Collier, and Palm Beach Counties in Florida, Maricopa County in Arizona, and Berkeley County in South Carolina.
