OncoSec Medical Incorporated is a late-stage immuno-oncology firm dedicated to creating, advancing, and bringing to market DNA-based therapeutics designed for direct injection into tumors. These therapies aim to activate and amplify the body's anti-cancer immune responses. Furthermore, OncoSec is developing its technology for broader application in treating various visceral lesions, including those in the liver, lungs, bladder, and pancreas. Strategic alliances are central to OncoSec's strategy, including clinical trial collaborations with Merck & Co., Inc. for the KEYNOTE-695 and KEYNOTE-890 studies. Research collaborations include Duke University's Center for Applied Therapeutics, exploring TAVO alongside a HER2-plasmid vaccine, and Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, focusing on intravital microscopy and enhanced IL-12 DNA-plasmids.
