Its operations are distinctly divided into two primary segments: Electrical Products and Services, and Drilling Products and Services. The Electrical Products and Services division is responsible for the design, fabrication, installation, and maintenance of critical electrical and control infrastructure for drilling rigs. This encompasses a broad range of offerings, such as silicon controlled rectifier (SCR) and variable frequency drive (VFD) units, comprehensive electrical cabling, advanced lighting and closed-circuit video systems, gas and fire detection mechanisms, and robust communication platforms. Furthermore, this segment provides integrated rig power systems, including AC and DC drive systems and motor control centers (MCC), electrical rig-up services, engine generators, automation solutions, controls/sensors, hydraulic power units, and other hydraulic system designs, integration, testing, and support. Conversely, the Drilling Products and Services segment focuses on delivering complete drilling rigs and their essential parts. It designs, manufactures, and services land-based drilling rigs, alongside individual subsystems and components. This segment’s service portfolio includes mechanical services, assembly testing, rig refurbishment and inspection, the fabrication of new rigs, and the comprehensive completion of land rig packages. Additionally, it undertakes the fabrication of key structural elements like mud tanks, masts, substructures, dog houses, and a variety of other drilling rig-related products.
