Other significant holdings include the wholly-owned Wing Shear property, covering 7,000 hectares across 280 claim units northeast of Gander, Newfoundland and Labrador, and the BC Cariboo property situated in British Columbia's Cariboo District. The company adopted its current name, Valorem Resources Inc., in September 2020, having previously operated as JDF Explorations Inc.
