Furthermore, IOG Plc wholly owns the Harvey property with a 100% interest. Beyond its production and exploration ventures, the firm also has a 50% ownership stake in critical infrastructure, specifically the Saturn Banks Pipeline System and its corresponding Saturn Banks Reception Facilities. Originally incorporated in 2010 as Independent Oil and Gas plc, the company officially rebranded to IOG Plc in April 2021. Its corporate headquarters are located in London, United Kingdom.
