Beyond managing its own sites, it also provides comprehensive management services for third-party renewable energy installations and offers specialized engineering and consultancy for new electricity generation ventures, primarily in the solar and wind sectors. As of December 31, 2020, the company boasted an approximate installed capacity of 1158.8 megawatts. Its global presence extends to countries such as Italy, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, the United States, Japan, Sweden, and Mexico, among other international locations. Founded in Milan, Italy, in 2002, the company was known as Actelios SpA until it rebranded to Falck Renewables S.p.A. in August 2010. It functions as a subsidiary of Falck SpA.
