A further wholly-owned asset is the Cross Hills project, situated on the island portion of Newfoundland and Labrador, comprising 515 claims across 12,875 hectares. Established in 2009, the enterprise was initially known as Empire Capital Corp. before its name was officially changed to Zonte Metals Inc. in July 2011. The company's corporate headquarters are located in Dartmouth, Canada.
