Its activities are organized into two key divisions: Metals and Energy. The Metals segment encompasses the full lifecycle of aluminum production, from the extraction and processing of bauxite and nepheline ore into alumina, through the smelting of primary aluminum from this alumina, to the fabrication of aluminum and its alloys into various semi-finished and finished goods. The Energy segment manages a diverse portfolio of power-related operations, including electricity generation, transmission, trading, and distribution, alongside the production and supply of coal. Beyond these main areas, the company also produces silicon, offers repair and maintenance services, and provides engineering, management, and financial support. Established in 2002 and based in Kaliningrad, Russia, the company transitioned to its current name, En+ Group International public joint-stock company, in July 2019, having previously operated as En+ Group plc.
