In the U.S., the company holds a full interest in two significant properties: the Slick Unit Dutcher Sands oilfield, covering roughly 2,604 acres within Creek County, Oklahoma; and the Twin Lakes San Andres Unit, an area of approximately 3,864 acres situated in Chavez County, New Mexico. Beyond its domestic operations, Petrolia Energy possesses a 25% stake in a combined 41,526 acres across the Luseland, Hearts Hill, and Cuthbert fields, located in Canada's Southwest Saskatchewan and Eastern Alberta regions. Originally founded in 2002 under the name Rockdale Resources Corporation, the company officially adopted the Petrolia Energy Corporation moniker in September 2016. Its primary corporate office is situated in Houston, Texas.
