The firm also supplies red-light enforcement systems crucial for high-risk intersections, offers Automated Traffic Enforcement as a Service (ATEaaS), and provides specialized systems to deter school bus and crossing violations, all supported by its managed services. Moreover, Sensys Gatso delivers vehicle access control solutions designed for security and traffic regulation in areas such as restricted urban zones, dedicated lane compliance, low emission zones, and the prevention of unauthorized shortcuts. Its automated license plate recognition (ALPR) technology facilitates checks on vehicle roadworthiness, insurance, registration, and tax status, while also aiding in the monitoring and recovery of stolen vehicles and those involved in national security matters. For streamlined back-office operations, the company develops proprietary software, including Flux for sensor network management, Puls for data collection and analytical insights, and Xilium for processing traffic violations. Sensys Gatso reaches its diverse customer base, including police departments, road authorities, and private operators, either directly or through a robust network of partners, agents, and distributors. The company was founded in 1982 and maintains its headquarters in Jönköping, Sweden.
